  • The types of information we may hold include names, email addresses, postal addresses, contact details, job titles, financial and billing information, personal information relating to therapy, and any other information you may choose to provide.

  • By providing a service based upon the information submitted within any enquiry that is made via the website.  In order to provide this service, it may be necessary to discuss the information received with colleagues and associates who may be involved in providing the service, or with a supervisor whose role is to ensure that the highest level of service is provided.

  • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts and agreements entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information and services that you request from us.  

  • To provide you with information about services we think may be of interest to you;

  • To process and complete business transactions and send related information, including transaction confirmation and invoices;

Disclosure of your information:

We will not sell your personal information to, nor share it with, any third parties. When someone visits www.flexiblemindpsychology.co.uk, an internet analytics service collects standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the site. This information is processed in a way that does not identify anyone.
